Adding a player is a Preferred Academy Coach feature. To bring on a new player, share your referral code so they sign up — or ask RC Greenlight to enable Preferred on your account. You can still build reports for anyone already on your roster.
Add a player
We add them to your roster and build this report now — no charge (your coaching relationship covers it). We email them a link to claim their private portal; they’ll see the report the moment they sign in. No activation or payment needed.
We build ONE combined report with a full 18-hole plan chapter per course, each tagged with its own plan id.

Best input we take: our own shot-by-shot form — nothing to export and nothing to parse, so it never lands in review for an unreadable upload. Fill it in with the player (or send them the link) and press Use for a report at the end.
Or the Rules Card — seven values a hole, graded live as you type. It sits beside the long form rather than replacing it: it grades four of the five non-negotiables, the ten-band ladder and The Check. It cannot reach rule 04, strokes gained or either Clutch Factor — those need per-shot detail, which is what the form above is for.
Scouting a course before the round? Print the Course Scouting Card — 3.5×7 in, fits in a yardage book. Walk the course, write down each hole's hazard carry and target line, then bring it back and we build the plan from it.
A shot-by-shot CSV/Excel export has everything we need — the plan for a pre-round, or the round’s shot-by-shot to validate one. Attaching FIR, GIR, putting stats, etc. below is optional; the shot data already gives us those. Excel is checked as you attach it. Validating a round? Players can also submit it themselves from their portal.
