Adding a player is a Preferred Academy Coach feature. To bring on a new player, share your referral code so they sign up — or ask RC Greenlight to enable Preferred on your account. You can still build reports for anyone already on your roster.
Add a player
We add them to your roster and build this report now — no charge (your coaching relationship covers it). We email them a link to claim their private portal; they’ll see the report the moment they sign in. No activation or payment needed.
We build ONE combined report with a full 18-hole plan chapter per course, each tagged with its own plan id.
▶ Lesson report — the deck, the one-page sheet and the pocket card, written from your transcript, in your voice, co-branded to you, and grounded in this player’s own numbers. Every drill ships with a pass mark we check at the return session.
Leave the return session blank and we set it two weeks out — the gates are due then, and it prints on all three artifacts.
